What is Aerial Yoga, and who can participate?

Aerial Yoga is a unique style of yoga that uses suspended hammocks. Our classes are perfect for first-timers, beginners, and seasoned practitioners.

Where are classes held?

Classes are conducted outdoors at the jetty by the private beach at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa, offering a serene setting next to the beach.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, please wear comfortable clothes with sleeves, and avoid jewelry to prevent damage to the hammocks.

Can I take off my hijab during class?

Although the area is private, we advise keeping your hijab on as security guards may occasionally walk by as per hotel protocol.

Are there parking options?

The hotel offers valet parking (10-minute walk to the jetty). Alternatively, you can park near Al Tijari Bank and enter through the gym's reception.

How much does a class cost, and how can I book?

Each class is KD20. Bookings can be made via Instagram DM or through our website; select your day and complete payment to confirm.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes, private group sessions are available:
- Up to 12 people for KD250
- Small groups of 6 for KD150
Private sessions can be customized and include all equipment.

Are there any health restrictions?

Aerial Yoga is not recommended for pregnant women or those with vertigo. Please consult a physician if you have other health concerns.

What is the cancellation policy?

All bookings are non-refundable. Rescheduling is offered in case of poor weather. Once payment is completed, your booking is confirmed.

When is the Aerial Yoga season?

Our classes run seasonally from mid-October to April, taking advantage of pleasant outdoor weather conditions.
